The Environmental and Social Risk Management System (SARAS) is part of Davivienda's risk management framework; it includes policies and procedures aimed at assessing credit granting in corporate, construction, and business segments, evaluating investment decisions, and managing strategic suppliers.
The SARAS Methodology establishes policies regarding amounts and terms, sensitive activities, and local regulations. It is aligned with the standards, performance norms, and exclusion list of the International Finance Corporation - IFC. This includes the assessment of risks related to climate change and human rights.
