FINANCIAL INCLUSION

Our Strategy

We define financial inclusion as the access and use of quality financial and non-financial products in a friendly, simple and reliable way, which contribute to the financial well-being of all people without distinction and of businesses, enriching their lives with integrity and accompanying them in the most important moments of their day and life, leading to the achievement of their projects and dreams.

Financial Services

We seek to contribute to the financial inclusion of all people, recognizing their different conditions and the particular challenge of access to financial services that specific segments of the population have. That is why we embrace differential approaches, which in turn can be intersectional, associated with different aspects such as the life cycle or geographic location, among others, in order to: identify populations, understand their needs, gaps, barriers and causes, and thus mobilize actions that favor their access to banking.

Financial Education and Financial Well-being

Financial education and well-being are fundamental pillars for the comprehensive development of our clients and the communities in which we operate. These concepts not only refer to the ability to meet financial obligations, but also encompass security, confidence and the ability to make informed decisions that promote family and community growth.

By promoting the responsible use of financial and non-financial products and services, we strengthen the closeness in our relationship with our clients, contribute to sustainable development and reinforce Davivienda's position as a leader in the financial sector.

Offer of non-financial products and services

This document lists other non-financial products and services that promote the financial inclusion of all our clients, especially those who are women, young people, rural population and small producers, and natural persons with businesses, SMEs and entrepreneurs.

Ecosystems with social and environmental impact

We create specialized intervention models that seek to serve communities, identify their needs and provide them with a financial offering aligned with their expectations. We connect communities, through our digital wallet, DaviPlata, and with financial education content, to improve access to products and services that promote their financial well-being, positively impacting their social and environmental surroundings.
