We provide inclusive financial education that fosters healthy habits in all the countries where we operate, thanks to a culture of conscious savers, responsible debtors and informed investors. We strengthen trust in banking by encouraging the responsible use of financial products and supporting their usability, transcending regulatory compliance.

Labor Inclusion

We generate opportunities through labor inclusion in rural populations.
In 2020, we launched our first labor inclusion project in Pensilvania, Caldas, in which more than 80 women and young people have access to employment. A project in which various private and public actors and non-governmental organizations contribute

Cultivarte Familia

We promote the social and economic development of low-income housing communities through learning programs and a range of products and services tailored to their needs. We have two spaces where we have impacted 1.6 thousand beneficiaries and more than 60 courses have been given to strengthen skills related to employment, entrepreneurship, financial education and 21st century abilities.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Strategies that seek to equalize opportunities for all and eliminate barriers for our employees and customers belonging to minority population groups, specially on gender and new generations.

  • We join inclusive initiatives in favor of people with disabilities through the Inclusive Colombia program. Internally, we also have courses aimed at people with cognitive disabilities.

Financial Inclusion: DaviPlata

DaviPlata, our Digital Native Bank, is the solution that made financial services in Colombia available for everyone.

In 2021, DaviPlata closed the year with 13.8 million clients becoming the second largest neobank in Latin America by number of users, with presence in 98% of the municipalities in Colombia, reaching nearly 40% of the adult population of the country.
